Shipping policy
Current order processing time: 3-5 business days.

Shipping: Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs + fees, unless there is a current shipping promo/discount.
Local Pickup: Local pickup is available at checkout. Orders must be picked up at our storefront (551 Mill Street, Danville) during our regular business hours.
General Shipping Policies: We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed, or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and is "returned to sender", Troop 47 Trading Co. is not responsible for the cost of reshipment.
Please be aware that Troop 47 Trading Co. is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order leaves our facility. Should your package become delayed or lost, you should file a claim with the shipping carrier.
All orders are adequately packaged with handling + transit in mind. While we do take care when packaging your order, damages can happen. If your order arrives in an unusable state, please contact us at hello@troop47.co with a photo of the damaged product + shipping box (if applicable) within 48 hours of receiving the package. Depending on the circumstances, we will either issue a replacement order, process a refund, or direct you back to the shipping carrier for a resolution.
Please note that we cannot accept international orders.
